Orders & Payments

All orders are processed after successful payment verification. Prices may change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations are subject to registry availability.
  • Domain ownership remains with the registered customer.
  • Domain renewals are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Expired domains may be suspended or deleted by registrars.

Hosting Services

  • Hosting services must not be used for illegal activities.
  • Spam, malware, phishing or abusive activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Resource abuse may result in account suspension.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

Digital Products

Premium tools, software licenses, subscriptions and digital products are delivered electronically. Once delivered or activated, these products may not be eligible for refunds.

Project timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation. Delays caused by missing content, approvals or requirements may affect delivery schedules.

Refund Policy
